Hydrocollator Wiring Harness – Chattanooga Part 21034
The Hydrocollator Wiring Harness (older) is a replacement internal wiring harness for select older-style Chattanooga Hydrocollator heating units.
This harness is specifically designed for older Hydrocollators that do not have an overtemp switch. Newer units equipped with an overtemperature safety switch use a different wiring configuration.

Because Hydrocollator wiring configurations changed over the years, we recommend confirming your model, serial number, and whether your unit has an overtemp switch before ordering the Hydrocollator Wiring Harness.
Important: No Overtemp Switch Connection
One of the most important things to know about the wiring harness is that it is intended for the older wiring configuration without an overtemp switch.
If your Hydrocollator has an overtemperature thermostat or safety switch, this is not be the correct harness.
Newer Hydrocollator designs incorporate an overtemperature safety device into the electrical system. Chattanooga currently identifies part 20548 as the replacement overtemp thermostat for several Hydrocollator models, including the E-1, E-2, SS-2, M-2, and M-4.
