- 27841 single diode (200mW): best for small, focused targets (trigger points, tendon insertions, tight joint lines).
- More power than 27840, so faster dosing for the same small area.
- Cluster heads (27811/27812/27808): designed for larger areas and faster coverage via multiple emitters.
