Please note that repairs can take up to 2-3 weeks. Sometimes units can take months to fix, depending on if parts are in stock. Sending a unit in is a minimum of $82.50 (plus shipping charges), which is waived if the unit is chosen to be repaired with our facility.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Please make sure unit is packed extremely well to avoid damage in shipping. We suggest having the company you’re shipping with pack your equipment.
If you are sending in a unit, please include the soundheads* and lead wires if applicable. These are pertinent to diagnose and fix your unit. If the board is bad your equipment needs to be checked to make sure there aren’t faulty parts causing board errors, etc.
*DO NOT SEND IN ONLY SOUNDHEADS
Older soundheads that are no longer available for purchase can generally be fixed as long and the handle in intact, but often the cost of repairs is as much as a brand new unit.
